Essential information for international buyers
Commercial procedures, payment terms, documentation, inspections and international logistics for professional B2B commodity transactions with C&C Global Business Solutions.

Commercial Terms & Payment Methods
Minimum order quantities vary according to the product, origin and agreed shipment program. We work with international Incoterms including FOB, CIF and, when specifically available, DDP.
Payment structures may include MT103/TT, DLC MT700 and SBLC MT760, subject to transaction requirements and banking approval. Product specifications, packaging and estimated shipment schedules are formally detailed in the commercial offer.

Purchase Process & Documentation
Our commercial process is structured to ensure transparency and proper documentation at every stage. The buyer normally begins with a product inquiry or LOI specifying quantity, destination and requirements.
C&C then issues the appropriate SCO or FCO. Once accepted, the buyer provides the ICPO together with KYC/CIS documentation and, when required, BCL or RWA. After verification, the parties proceed with the SPA and Proforma Invoice. For single spot transactions, a Proforma Invoice may be issued without a separate SPA.

Quality Inspection & Export Compliance
When required, independent inspections may be carried out by internationally recognized companies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek at the agreed inspection point, normally the port of loading or designated warehouse.
Depending on the product and destination, documentation may include Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, quality certificates and applicable health or phytosanitary documentation.
